CSR Vision
At NOVAIR, we firmly believe that economic success must go hand in hand with social and environmental responsibility.
That's why, in 2023, we carried out the company's first Greenhouse Gas Emissions Assessment (BEGES), covering scopes 1, 2 and 3, to evaluate all the company's emissions, whether direct or indirect, linked to energy and the organization's entire value chain. This assessment has enabled us to set an ambitious target of reducing our emissions by 65% by 2050.
NOVAIR also invests in Lifecycle Analysis of its generators in order to measure the environmental impact of this solution at every stage of its lifecycle.
As a manufacturer of eco-responsible on-site oxygen and nitrogen production solutions for healthcare and industry, we are committed to integrating sustainable and ethical practices into all our activities.
Our CSR policy is based on three fundamental pillars: environment, social and governance.
Environment
Carbon footprint reduction
In 2023, NOVAIR carried out its first Greenhouse Gas Emissions Assessment for scopes 1, 2, and 3, and set itself the ambitious target of reducing these emissions by 65% by 2050.
Our on-site oxygen and nitrogen production systems help reduce CO2 emissions by eliminating the need to transport liquid or bottled gas. But this eco-responsible dimension intrinsic to our solutions is not enough for us. We are also committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from our installations and invest every year in R&D to design innovative systems with optimum energy efficiency.
Sustainable Innovation
Innovation is at the heart of our environmental strategy. Our technologies enable our customers to produce the gases they need in an autonomous and environmentally friendly way. Our investments are aimed at developing on-site oxygen and nitrogen production technologies that consume the least energy and require the least maintenance. In 2024, NOVAIR introduced two major innovations: the variable-speed VLX compressor, and the modular ONE plug-and-play generator. Both features reduced energy consumption for users, compared with traditional solutions on the market.

prevention programs for all employees, whatever their position. For this, NOVAIR regularly calls on external consultants and is pleased to offer a bright, green environment in its offices.

Regulatory compliance
We rigorously comply with all regulations and standards applicable to our activities. NOVAIR is ISO 9001:2015 certified, guaranteeing the quality of our management and processes, as well as ISO 13485:2016, specifically for medical devices, ensuring the safety and performance of our medical gas production solutions.
We are currently actively preparing for ISO 14001 certification for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to sustainability and the well-being of our employees. We constantly monitor legislative developments to ensure that our practices remain in line with legal and ethical requirements.

We work closely with our suppliers and partners to promote responsible practices throughout our value chain. Through our Responsible Purchasing Charter, we encourage them to adopt ethical and sustainable behavior, so that together we can contribute to a better future.
